Terms & Conditions (Unique by Ermes)
The following terms and conditions govern the “Unique ” rewards program (hereinafter the “Program”), managed by Gencom Ltd, under which members collect points (hereinafter the “Points”) through their purchases and receive additional benefits in accordance with the terms below.
Participation in the Program implies the unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Participation in the Program is permitted only to customers selected at the discretion of Gencom Ltd.
Participation
Participation in the Program is allowed to persons aged 18 and over.
Upon joining the Program, each member (hereinafter the “Member”) obtains a Unique participation number (hereinafter the “Participation Number”), which is the same as the mobile phone number entered during registration.
Each Membership Number corresponds to one Member and is restricted for use by that Member exclusively. Membership Numbers may not be shared, distributed or used for commercial purposes.
Gencom Ltd reserves the right to suspend or even cancel a Member's Membership Number, any privileges or participation in the Program in the event that Gencom Ltd believes that the Member is not behaving and/or their Membership Number is not being used appropriately. based on these terms and conditions.
Points Collection
With each eligible purchase (see “Eligible Purchases”) from participating stores in the Program, Members collect Rewards Points and Tier Points. Reward Points depend on the Member's level of participation (hereinafter the “Level”), as determined by the total accumulated Level Points. Please refer to the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of unique-club.com for further information. Gencom Ltd reserves the right to replace and/or modify these Levels at any time at its sole discretion.
Only Rewards Points are redeemable. Level Points determine the Member's Level, as described in the 'Unique Levels and Privileges' section.
Any multiplication of Rewards Points related to Tiers will be effective on the day of the purchases that will have determined a Member's promotion to a higher Tier, and multiplication of Rewards Points based on that higher Tier will not be applied retroactively to any of the purchases in previous day.
To collect Points, Members need to quote their Membership Number at checkout.
Points are credited according to each of the following purchase categories:
• 4 points for every €1 of Beauty purchases – Perfumes, Make-up and Care
• 2 points for every €1 of Fashion purchases – Clothes, Shoes and Fashion Accessories
• 2 points for every €1 spent on Home & Seasonal – Furniture, Homeware, Décor, Toys and Seasonal Items such as Easter/Christmas decorations
Requests to collect Points at a later time than that of the relevant transaction will be accepted if they are made within 30 working days of the transaction and only upon presentation of proof of the transaction.
In the event that the Member receives money from a refund of purchases or any kind of modification of a transaction, the balance of Points in his Account will be formed based on the final transaction.
Eligible Purchases
Members can earn Rewards Points and Tier Points by making purchases at any of the Program's participating stores.

Redeem Points
Reward Points will be credited to the Member's account, who will be able to track them through their personal Member Page. Rewards Points are available for redemption at any time within 12 months from the day they are credited to the Member's account. After this period, any remaining Reward Points become void and cannot be redeemed.
Reward Points are partially or fully redeemed in batches of 500, upon payment at checkout and upon presentation of the Member's ID. For every 500 Points, €2.50 is deducted from the Member's transaction, provided that this transaction (before the Points are deducted) is of greater value than the total value of the Points to be redeemed.
Any refund or financial adjustment of a transaction in which Rewards Points have been redeemed will result in a corresponding change to the Member's Points balance (or account).
Membership Levels and Benefits
Members will participate in different Levels depending on the total of Level Points they accumulate. There are three Levels in this Program: White, Red and Black.
For details on the minimum number of Tier Points you need to accumulate to advance or stay in each Tier, please see below.
White Level – Shopping Reward Points do not multiply.
If the Member does not accumulate 1,500 Tier Points to progress to Tier Red within the first 12 months of registration, their Tier Points will be reset to zero.
Red Level – Shopping Reward Points are multiplied x2
Once the Member moves up to Level Red, they must accumulate 750 Level Points within 6 months to remain at that Level for another 6 months. Otherwise, it will be demoted to the White Level. To be promoted to Level Black, the Member must accumulate 1,500 Level Points within 6 months of being promoted to Level Red.
Black Level – Shopping Reward Points are multiplied x4.
Once the Member is promoted to Black Level, they must accumulate 1,500 Level Points within 6 months to remain at that Level for another 6 months. Otherwise, it will be demoted to Level Red.
A Member's stay at any of the higher Levels is guaranteed for at least 6 months. That is, if it reaches the Red Level on March 10, it will remain at that Level until September 9 of the same year. Tier Points are not redeemed or multiplied by the tier factor of the Member. If you have not progressed to the next Level within the first 12 months of your registration, your Level Points will be reset to zero. From then on, your Level Points will reset every time you Level up.
Points and benefits are provided as is and as available, and Gencom Ltd reserves the right to replace and/or modify them at any time at its discretion.
A Member's promotion to the two higher Levels is immediate and automatic by accumulating the required Level Points.
In addition to collecting Points, Members are eligible to participate in sweepstakes, contests or other promotions. Additional terms and conditions as well as rules that will govern their participation in them will be made available to Members during each separate promotion.
Rewards, offers and gifts are received as is and as available under the Program or its individual actions and are not exchangeable for cash or other available gifts of equal value.
Members are responsible for any expense, cost, fee, charge, claim or liability (including taxes) of any kind arising from their participation.
Program updates and changes
Gencom Ltd has the right to terminate the Program or make changes to its terms and conditions at any time. Gencom Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage. To be aware of any revised terms and conditions, Members are advised to regularly visit the Terms of Use page at unique-club.com. By continuing to participate in the Program, the Member is deemed to have accepted any changes or modifications. Members who are employees of Gencom Ltd, its subsidiaries or affiliates may be subject to additional rules and restrictions, and will be notified separately in due course.
Gencom Ltd may at any time and at its absolute discretion refuse or revoke the participation of any Member in the Program, in which case, the Member's Points will lose their validity and their balance will be cancelled.
General
Gencom Ltd bears NO responsibility for any claims, consequential costs, expenses or damages of any kind, injuries, which the Member may suffer.
Members should notify Unique's Customer Service team of any changes to their address or other personal details and of any damage, theft or loss of their membership details.
Gencom Ltd is not responsible for any damage, theft, loss or unauthorized use of any Membership Number or Points, and Members are strongly advised to keep their membership details secure.
These terms and conditions do not affect the statutory rights of Members.
For any information, complaints or questions regarding the Program, you may call the Customer Service Department on 22002300. Gencom Ltd reserves the right at any time to correct, amend or change these terms and conditions, and postpone, suspend or cancel the Program or any aspect thereof without notice, for any reason Gencom Ltd reasonably deems necessary.
